For app help, a question about learning content, or a privacy request, email support@brainoshi.com. A parent or legal guardian should contact us for a child’s account.
Report a problem
Include your device model, operating system, BrainOshi version and the steps that led to the problem. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. If helpful, attach a screenshot with children’s names and other private information hidden.
Never send your password, parent PIN, sign-in code or payment-card details. You do not need to send a child’s photo or identity document to report an ordinary app issue.
Points or rewards look wrong
Tell us which activity or reward was involved, approximately when it happened and whether the app showed a success message. If a request is still pending, check its status before repeating it. Do not assume that an interrupted request succeeded.
Parents choose and provide real-world rewards. BrainOshi support can help investigate app records; it cannot deliver a parent’s promised reward.
Report a question
Include the question text or a screenshot, the answer shown and a short explanation of the concern. Please report factual errors, ambiguous answers and content that feels unsuitable for the intended age.
Privacy and account deletion
Email support@brainoshi.com with “Privacy request” or “Delete my account” in the subject. Use the parent account’s email where possible and describe the request without sending unnecessary child information.
Read the privacy notice for the current test-build limitations. Uninstalling the app does not delete the online account.
Billing and subscriptions
No paid plan is offered by this preview. If you are asking about an Apple purchase, include the product name and date, without full payment details. A store subscription and a BrainOshi account are separate: closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
